Due to the early opening of registration, t-shirt art and color choices will not be available until the middle of April. If you select to register early and would like to order a t-shirt email the registration staff and submit a check or make a payment through PayPal for the remaining balance. This delay allows all of our great artist adequate time to submit artwork.
View the 2010 Dragonfest PayPal Administrative Fees HERE Refunds are sent after Retreat is over 75% refunds will be given for cancellation requests postmarked by July 15. Refunds for requests postmarked before July 31 will be 50% of what was paid. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests postmarked August 1 or later. If you do not cancel, and do not attend the retreat there will be no refund. Because of waiver requirements, tickets are issued individually, and are not transferable. If someone else arrives with your ticket, you will both be held accountable. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Requests must be made in writing to the Dragonfest PO box. No phone requests will be accepted. |
